Terrarium Workshop

Date: Saturday, April 11, from 1-2 PM
Snow Date: Saturday, May 2, from 1-2 PM
SCAHC Spring Street Gallery – 133 Spring Street | Newton, NJ 07860

In this hands-on workshop, participants will build their own 32-oz closed terrarium using live plants and live moss. We guide you step by step through the process, explaining how a terrarium works and why each layer matters.

Each terrarium is built with proper drainage, mesh, carbon, and a custom soil mix before being planted and finished with moss and optional decorative elements. No two terrariums are the same; each one is uniquely created by the person building it.

This workshop is beginner-friendly and designed to be both educational and relaxing. The finished terrarium is low maintenance and makes a great take-home piece for your home or workspace.

All materials are included, and no prior experience is needed.
PRICE: $40.00
