Join your friends and neighbors at 12:00 p.m. on Memorial Day, Monday May 25 at the Historic Ramsaysburg Homestead, 140 Route 46 in Knowlton Township.

All are welcome to attend from the community and surrounding region. The event is free with on-site parking available. The event will be held rain or shine. Pets are welcome on a leash. Knowlton Firemen-led Flag Ceremony and reading of the Declaration at 1pm with an introduction by County Commission Director Lori Ciesla and Knowlton Mayor Debra Shipps.

A covered dish Community Picnic open to all will follow the ceremony.

2026 Memorial Day activities will include: a flag raising ceremony, self-guided scenic walks; a nature scavenger hunt, lawn games and face painting. An open table potluck picnic will include a dish and drink of your choices well as a grill available for burgers, dogs and other assorted BBQ delicacies.
