Pairs Well With:
Soaring temperatures, crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of honey. Top with whipped cream and fresh mint for extra flair.
Noshing Notes:
Use bananas for a creamier base. This recipe is light on sugar — some recipes use up to two cups — so adjust for personal taste.
Waste Not, Want Not:
Have some fruit that’s a little too ripe (but not moldy)? Chop and freeze it for your next blender ice cream batch — it saves produce from ending up in the compost bin.
