Kiwii (Victoria/Vii) Welle, 29 years of age, died suddenly in Newton on May 23, 2024.
She was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on February 6, 1995, and adopted shortly thereafter by James and Krystal Waltman of Lititz, Pennsylvania.
Her passions were being a tattoo artist and mother. She loved drawing, hiking and rescuing animals, including lizards, spiders and those of an unusual variety. Any kitten she came across in her daily travels was fair game to bring home. Her devotion to her children was unmatched and she did everything in her power to ensure them growth and a comfortable life. She is survived by her husband of eight years, Ian, of New Windsor, Maryland; two sons, Odin James and Oliver Rune Welle; her parents, James and Krystal Waltman; three brothers, Cody, Rob and Christian Waltman; and a sister, Krysti Knosp.
