Jane (Millheim) Cromwell, 67, of Knowlton Township, passed away unexpectedly on April 19, 2023 in Hackettstown. She was born on May 22, 1956 to William Thomas and Carolyn (LaBarre), Millheim, Sr. in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. She had been a bank teller for SunTrust Bank, Palm Coast, Florida.
She was an avid cook and baker known for her beef stroganoff, hummingbird bread and cheddar biscuits. Jane had a special love for dogs. She was a television buff, who loved watching the “Stranger Things” series and “The Big Bang Theory.” Helping others and always offering to help people in need. She will always be known for her sense of humor and infectious laugh.
She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Millheim; her brother, William (Tom) and his wife, Denise; her sisters, Ada Matlock and her husband Ron; Robin Kise; and De Johnson and her husband Doug; six nieces; two nephews; and 10 great-nieces and -nephews. Jane was predeceased by her father, William Thomas, Sr.; and her sister, Jacqueline Millheim; brother-in-law, William (Bill) Kise; and nephew, Will Kise.
A visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 30th, 2023 at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown with a service at 5:30 p.m.
