Julie and Ed Ball have a new home for their shop Woolly Petals at 56 Route 94. If you haven’t had a chance to check out their new location, be sure to do so.
Conveniently located in the Tractor Supply strip mall off Route 94 in Blairstown, they are located right next to Dominick’s Pizza.
Although many will miss their quaint and convenient location on Main Street, this new location opens up more opportunities and possibilities for the owners and customers. The new storefront is quite larger and will allow for more products to be sold by the couple.
It also comes without the steep steps that the old storefront had, bringing with it accessibility for more of the customers that were not previously able to shop and frequent their store. Julie Ball mentioned how she had people comment how thrilled they were that they would be able to frequent their store now because of this.
The new store brings about changes and focuses for Julie and Ed. Julie, a gifted florist, will no longer be taking wire orders of designed flowers. She will be focusing on her own custom work. Those wanting an arrangement can see her and discuss in detail what they would like to see her create and Julie will weave her magic with flowers and bring to life each customer’s vision.
Ed will be focusing on using his wellness background and nutrition experience to expand on this area in the store. It is the idea to bring more of the useful and nourishing products with which they already stock their store. This includes an array of herbal and mineral supplements.
Green hygiene products include soaps, toothpastes and so much more.
This is an exciting time for the couple and their Woolly Petals customers. The store will still have all the charm of its curated gift collection including warm and cozy alpaca products plus candles, cards, toys and more.
What a beautiful new beginning for Woolly Petals flowers & gifts.
