The Givens-Belet Post #258 American Legion has sponsored the Memorial Day Parade since 1945. Held the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, veteran memorial services start at noon in Cedar Ridge Cemetery on Route 94 with the parade following immediately thereafter (about 1:00 pm). The parade finishes at Footbridge Park where trophies are awarded and complimentary refreshments served
